As small as charming, Montenegro is worth the detour on your next summer vacation. Our advice: a stop at Vinarija Ćetković.
In the heights of Podgorica, the capital, the vineyard grows on soils of clay and limestone, with a beautiful south-east exposure and optimal sunshine.
Vinarija Ćetković, in the village of Beri (15 minutes from Podgorica), is a peaceful and idyllic place, founded by Vucic Ćetković (painter) and his cousin Vuk Ćetković (oenologist).
The tasting room is none other than Vucic's painting workshop. A gorgeous place for wine tastings. A little paradise, where you can enjoy delicious wines and listen classical music.
With a small vineyard of 3,200 vines (barely one hectare), the estate is planted with Vranac and Marselan, producing 4,000 bottles a year of two delicious red wines. To be explored.
