Sept Winery

Wine Explorers' word

Self-taught and talented winemaker, Maher Harb is the rising star of Lebanese viticulture. Sensitive to the earth, energies and biodynamics, he succeeded in just a few years in hoisting the Sept wine estate among the best in Lebanon.

The terroir

A Mediterranean climate with sunny days, deep rock soils and a biodynamic vineyard management: all the ingredients to succeed

The estate

Sept was created in 2011 by Maher Harb, a young self-taught and already very talented winegrower. By cultivating on the family lands, Maher reconnects with his Lebanese roots. It is now the 1st biodynamic estate in Lebanon

The vineyard

One hectare of biodynamic vines, in the village of Nehla, where the winery is located. Maher also works in other soils in the north of the Bekaa plain and Mount Lebanon, respecting the soils and traditions

The wines

Fresh and precise whites, mainly made from indigenous Merweh and Obeideh grape varieties. Reds full of finesse, with a lot of elegance and depth, like the Syrah de Nehla, a stunning wine
