In January, we offer two exceptional meals based on wines from around the world: the first in Loir-et-Cher, at the restaurant La Botte d'Asperges, the second in Sarthe, at the Michelin starred restaurant l'Auberge de Bagatelle. Save the dates!

Sologne, with its historical heritage (more than 500 châteaux), is one of the most beautiful French territories in terms of game.


In this winter season, chef Stéphane Bureau - owner with his wife Maud of the restaurant La Botte d'Asperges, and in partnership with BOUCHE de Sologne - the first workshop 100% dedicated to wild game from Sologne - has created a return from hunting menu based on Wine Explorers' wines, for game lovers and epicureans who are keen on new discoveries.
