Israel, land of wine since ancient times, is home to some of viticultural jewels, like Tzora Vineyards, master in the art of blending.
Located at an altitude of 700 meters, this 20-hectare vineyard has very ancient soils rich in fossil rocks, divided into meso-climates.
Established in 1996 in the Judean Hills, west of Jerusalem, Tzora Vineyards is an unavoidable estate of Israel. The winery was founded by Ronnie James, pioneer in the search of terroirs in Israel.
The 20 hectares are divided into meso-climates. A job that allowes to plant the good grapes on the good sites : Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
"I believe in international grape blends", says Eran Pick MW. A picky job, which he likes to do with Jean-Claude Berrouet. As a result, wines with a lot of freshness, depth and balance. A pure delight.
